For those of us who are enthusiasts of Golden Age musicals, especially lesser-known ones, it can be disappointing to find out that the show you love has some problematic elements, be they structural or political. Luckily, there are theater artists who stop these shows from being totally forgotten. This panel will consist of artistic directors of companies that decide when these revisions are necessary and librettists who do the rewriting themselves.
