An hour-long panel that focuses on the importance of creating Latiné stories within the theatre industry. As well as discussing the challenges BIPOC musical theatre artists and companies face to change the disparities within the industries and bring to light the main reasons for the predominantly white theater environment. In this panel, we will describe ways on how to develop and advocate for new Latiné-written works of musical theatre. Our special Latiné guests will share their journeys to Broadway and the methods that really helped get their work and projects off the ground.
